My job, as your inspector, is not to pass or fail, buy or not buy. Our job is to tell you the current condition of the home all the attributes and recommended repairs. Identifying items that are considered regular Home Maintenance, Items to monitor, or items to be addressed by a qualified contractor. I strive to be very detailed, so you have all of the information you need to be confident in your largest purchase.
